Cuartz was born out of a passion for sparkling wines. We wanted a quality sparkling wine for Romania, which would become the choice of Romanians for important events and perfectly complement any moment of the day.

The white Quartz sparkling wine emphasizes an excellent personality and freshness, outlined by its straw-yellow color with greenish inflections. It always pleasantly surprises with its persistent pearls and from a gustatory point of view it brings an excellent personality and freshness.

Cuartz rosé sparkling wine is highlighted by the finesse of Pinot Noir, defined by its salmon-pink color and the intense fragrance reminiscent of cherries and raspberries. It amazes with a clean and tasty aftertaste with black blueberry inflections.

Solo Quinta & Selene
Solo Quinta is a rare wine, born from the imagination and love of wine of oenologist Hartley Smithers. An unusual blend, between four white varieties and a red variety vinified in white, which changes every year depending on the grapes that give the best performance in that season.

From the grapes of the best plots of vineyards on the hills of Recas, harvested at night, to protect them from the heat and to protect their intense aroma, the SELENE range appeared, named after the incarnation of the Moon in Greek mythology.

Cuvee Überland is crafted with care and paternal love by Australian oenologist Hartley Smithers, the wine obtained is "educated" for 12 months in barrels and then matured in the bottle, to feed on the rich aroma of the wood.
