Florin Mihalache
Passion for refined tastes makes him a master of cuisine.
 
 
After decades of experience in the great kitchens of Romania, Florin established himself here in the Heart of Transylvania, where today he delights us with noble tastes and dishes traditionally prepared.
 
 
Chefs dishes have a special taste, and his suggestions always delight us.
 
 
Chef's recommendation?
Fresh and tasteful beef musk, highlighted by the balsamic vinegar sauce. This goodness is served on a bed of spinach leaves, carefully cooked, and we accompany it with sweet cipolino.

You can find in our Romanian wine cellar carefully selected wines for all tastes. We make every effort to have in Georgius Krauss House special wines for our guests to serve, as selective as possible, which forces us to work directly with local producers.
